Laying main cable for extension rice processing line
Electrical Project in Alor setar, Kedah, Malaysia
- Laying 95mm 4 core amar cable from MSB tnb room to SSB new extension rice processing line
- Connection cable to MSB(main switch board) with cable lug & heat sleeving
- 3 phase connection current with neutral & earth connection as well
- Cable connection to SSB(Sub-Switch board)
- Cable connection to processing line (motor point, power point, lighting point, machine point)
- Voltage & Ampere testing & monitoring
- This project is a Rice milling project which include color sorter, auto packer, semi-auto packer, robotic hand, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, filter bag blower, fan blower, Led light, 13amp switch socket & all electric related components(sensors, switches, control panels, limit switches, timers, contactors, overload relays, mcb, mccb, temperature controllers....)
- Fabricate motor control panel board, either traditional d.o.l system or plc system
- Provide solution for industry which face electric usage imbalance problem after installing solar panel system
- Cable layed with cable ladders & cabble tray
- Wire layed with pvc pipe or g.i pipe
- test run & commisioning after all electric current is connected
- Provide after sales service include troubleshooting & maintenance
